To support those working on the property, Higher Ground Stables offers thoughtfully designed on-site living accommodations just steps from the barns. A fully furnished two-bedroom, one-bath apartment, attached to the original barn, is available for rental. Clean, comfortable, and functional, it provides all the essentials for convenient on-site living.

In addition, the property includes three all-inclusive camper hookups with septic, water, and electric service. One hookup is currently available, while the other two are occupied by staff residing on-site. These options ensure both convenience and proximity, allowing daily operations to run smoothly and efficiently.

All housing options include utilities and trash refuse services.

Stalls are cleaned twice daily, and horses are fed up to four meals a day, ensuring comfort and consistent nutrition. Clients may choose to utilize our hay, shavings, grain, and supplies, or provide their own.
