I highly recommend Higher Ground Stables. I am a lifelong equestrian from South Florida. I have boarded at many Hunter/Jumper facilities throughout the state and throughout the years. I can say that, without a shadow of a doubt, Hannah Murrin runs the most professional facility that I have ever experienced. She absolutely 100% puts the welfare of the horses first. From her top notch choice of grain, hay and bedding - to her selection of caring and professional, grooms and staff - to the absolutely fantastic jumping arena. The farm serves as a role model for all equestrian facilities. Hannah changes the courses every week. The footing in the arena is fantastic. The Barns are cool in the summer warm in the winter. Her feed room is spotless and organized. The tack rooms are organized, air conditioned/heated and comfortable year round. Her care of the horses and her diligent pasture management are superior. Because she takes such care of the pastures year-round, she has lush green grass pastures …something that is often lacking in even the most prestigious stables. To top it off, Hannah is just a kind person. Whether you are a seasoned jumper rider or an older Hunter rider like myself, she treats everyone with kindness and concern. I highly recommend her stable if you are seeking top notch care in a relaxed and highly professional setting.
